The French cavalry that is removed from the Unter Siebenbrubb strategic box is placed on the DW map with within three hexes of Ober Siebenbrunn and may not move the turn they are placed at this location. Once removed from the Unter Siebenbrunn strategic box , French cavalry may not be placed back into the Unter Siebenbrunn strategic box. The Imperial Aide may leave with any French cavalry Possible French Defeat? – If French cavalry is in the Unter Siebenbrunn strategic box and Johann’s roll is successful, meaning the Austrians will arrive on the map, the French cavalry has been defeated.  The French Cavalry would enter, be placed on the map the turn before the Austrians arrive (on the map within 3 hexes of Ober Siebenbrunn and may not move the turn they are placed on the map).  The French cavalry suffer loses. Roll one dice for each cavalry regiment. The number rolled is the number of increments lost by each regiment. They do check morale for these losses at that time  Archduke’s Johann’s Army’s morale is improved by 2 points for the entire game, due to this Austrian victory.  Archduke Johann’s Army arrives on the eastern edge within 4 hexes of Ober Siebenbrunn and is free to move up to one half their movement.
